"Decent experience, but communication could be better"
The order itself went through without any issues, which I appreciated. That said, the communication was a little slower than I expected and didn’t feel very organized at times, so the whole process came across as less professional than I’d hoped. To be fair, they did eventually answer my questions and everything worked out in the end. Overall, it was okay, not a bad experience, but there’s definitely room to improve

"Proof came back really quick"
The artwork proofing was easy, like i said, nothing complicated. They sent the proof over fast, and I only needed one small change. Like i said, it wasn’t a big deal at all. They got the updated version back to me soon after, and it looked right. Overall, it was a smooth process.

"Plenty of options without the hassle"
I was surprised by how many display options they had. I found a few styles and sizes I hadn’t seen on other sites, which made it a lot easier to compare without feeling like I was settling. The site was simple to browse too, which I appreciated. "A little disappointed with the shipping time"
My order showed up after 9 days, which wasn’t awful, but I was hoping it would get here sooner. I felt a bit frustrated because the tracking updates were late and I kept wondering where it was. Once it finally arrived, the product itself was totally fine, so that was a relief.

"Bad first impression and a frustrating site to use"
I tried checking out displayoverstock.com, and my first impression wasn’t great. The site felt clunky right away, with some pages taking too long to load and filters that didn’t really narrow things down in a useful way. I felt like I had to click around way too much just to find basic info. The layout was also messy on my phone, which made the whole thing even more annoying. Maybe it’s better on a desktop, but on mobile it was not a smooth shopping experience for me.

"Replacement took longer than I expected"
I ordered a screen from displayoverstock.com, but the first one I received had an issue, so I had to reach out and ask for a replacement.

They did get back to me and eventually sent another one, but it took more back-and-forth than I expected. I had to follow up a couple of times, i was kind of expecting at least a quick apology for the hassle.
The replacement worked fine in the end, so I’m glad that part turned out okay. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but the communication and updates could definitely be smoother

"Well packed, just took a little effort to open"
My order from displayoverstock.com showed up in good shape, which was the main thing I was hoping for. The box felt sturdy and nothing inside was damaged, so the packaging definitely did its job. There was a lot of tape on it, though, so it took me a minute to get everything open. i’d rather deal with that than have something arrive loose or broken. Overall, I’m happy with how it arrived.

"Feels cheap after a few weeks"
I ordered this display stand it looked decent when I first took it out of the box. But once I actually handled it a bit, the material started feeling cheap, and I kind of feel stupid for trusting it would be better quality.

After a few weeks, the edges were already wearing down and one section bent way easier than I expected. It still technically does the job, but I don’t see it lasting very long. For the price, I really thought it would be sturdier.
